HANDLING REQUESTS - PPR
Requests for handling for general aviation assistance must be sent by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
For operations from 15th September 2021 onward, a PPR release fee will be applied. Check "General aviation fees" for details.
All handling requests must include the following information:
operator's name, airplane's owner, VAT, city, address, postal code, credit card number (compulsory also if the chosen payment method is different), type of flight, phone number, email address, airplane registration, MTOW, seats, departure airport / destination airport, ETA LIMJ UTC - date, ETD LIMJ UTC - date, number of pax in, number of pax out, additional requests.
Supervision for airport procedures on arrival, departure and transit, assistance in arrival and departure for General Aviation Aircrafts, assistance to passengers for all airport procedures on arrival, departure and transit, inter-run transport with modern dedicated vehicles, luggage transport between terminal and car, booking for crews in partner hotels, new dedicated services.
GENERAL AVIATION LOUNGE
Genoa Airport offers passengers and crews of private flights a new VIP Lounge on the Arrivals floor of the Terminal. The waiting room can be used for a fee, by sending a request to the Head of Service at the address email@example.com
